Why is my 20% not added at check-out when I clicked the link in my email and in the notification center on turbo tax?
The 20% off coupon is not being add to my account at checkout. I clicked the link in my email and in the notification center. How do I get this discount added to my order? This is a billing and fee issue.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.Do not use the word “refund.”
