Why is my 1099NEC giving me problems due to lack of box 6 information?

I’m in Texas and have uploaded a DoorDash 1099. There aren’t state taxes, and so there is no state number available for me to input

Please verify that Box 5 and Box 7 are blank.

If there is still an error, delete the uploaded 1099-NEC and manually type it in.
