In the Smart Check section of Turbotax (Deluxe), all of the fields on my 1095-A where I entreed 0.00 are being flagged. I only had a Marketplace plan for three months, so the other nine months have all three fields marked as 0.00 -- this means twenty-seven fields are being flagged.
"Form 1095-A - Insurance Exchange (66298928): Monthly Premium SLCSP has a zero entered. The corresponding entries for this month are zero or blank, please delete this zero."
Delete the Form 1095-A and do Not import from a PDF but enter the Form 1095-A manually leaving the months without coverage blank (empty) in all columns for the month.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on Delete a form
To re-enter the Form 1095-A -
Click on Federal on the left side of the screen
Click on Health Insurance on the top of the screen
Select that you were covered for the whole year (if applicable). On the following screen select Yes you had one of the less common plans shown. Continue with selecting the Form 1095-A and entering the form into the program.

Thank you! I actually did not import from a PDF, but deleting all twenty-seven of the "0.00" field entries (as they appear on the actual 1095-A) and leaving them blank satisfied the Smart Check.
Hello,
Same problem here, except, I'm using the online TurboTax IRS Free File and the system is asking me to look at the entries during the Fed Review process. All the month that I didn't have it are 0.00 out, and the last 2 months of the year have the proper amounts.
UPDATE: Deleted all the ZEROS in the months I didn't have the plan. Left them blank. Worked.

It's asking to please delete "this zero" 0.00
I've gone back in and entered 0.00 and 0 both didn't work.
For any months where you were Not covered by the Marketplace Insurance leave all the columns blank (empty) for that month.
If you still continue to get errors then delete the Form 1095-A and re-enter manually.
