Why is it written "Do not file"and "Form not final"in gray letters at the back of my State return document I need to mail?

Not all state and Federal tax forms are immediately available at the beginning of the year.  “Do Not File” and “Form Not Final” both indicate that your state is still working to finalize their tax forms for the year.

Keep checking the forms availability using the information below and reprint your state forms after they become available.
