Why is it asking me if I want to treat Abigail like a US resident when she is a US resident?

There should be no reason to answer a question like this when she is not from another country.

Go back through your dependent section and review your answers. My guess is that your mouse slipped and your selection was incorrect when you answered if US citizen.
