Why is it asking me how much of my 2018 federal taxes i paid when i filed extension? dont think i filed extension?

It's a standard question in that section of TurboTax.  People that did file extensions and make payments will need a place in the interview to record their payments.  You can simply enter zero or just continue if you didn't file an extension.
