Why is form 8889 coming up when I don't have an HSA and we are filing separately?

I am covered by my husband's HDHP and HSA plan. We live in separate states and are filing separately. I answered NO to all questions about whether or not I have an HSA. I have no coverage other than what I have under my spouse. Form 8889 keeps popping up, forcing me to either choose Self Only or Family.

I have already deleted the entire tax form once and started over because of this issue, AND TurboTax already charged me to E-file. Help!

On your Form W-2 that was entered in TurboTax, do you see a Code W in Box 12? Did you receive a Form 1099-SA?
