Why is Ally Bank imported 1099-INT data not saving correctly even after I review?

When I review it it has the correct amount.  After the review I hit done and the amount doesn't show just says needs review.

Least trouble? Instead of trying to guess the 100 different reasons why it might have been causing problems?

Go back to the 1099-INT area and delete that 1099-INT.

Then enter it again manually from your paper/PDF form.  (don't import it)

You enter it in the same 1099-INT place as if you did get a form

On the page that has you select or enter a bank......you "dont"...instead you click on

"Change how I enter my form" at the bottom of that page.

.......and then on the next page you click on

"Type it in myself"

then you are off and running

@ahlola007

ALSO, make sure you review & use your REAL 1099-INT from Ally

........I have several CDs there, and my import (just now) only showed the main MMarket account, and none of the CDs.  So, right now, ALLY continues to mess up the files they are providing for tax importation .

I always enter my ALLY 1099-INT manually, since they have historically had messed up 1099-INT import files for at least the past 5 years.
