Why doesn't the "Needs Review" clear on my W-2 section when completed. I have reviewed it three times to make sure it is correct.

The IRS requires employers to report wage and salary information for employees on Form W-2. Your W-2 also reports the amount of federal, state and other taxes withheld from your paycheck. As an employee, the information on your W-2 is extremely important when preparing your tax return. To insure you have it in time, the IRS requires your employer to send you a W-2 no later than January 31 following the close of the tax year, which is usually December 31.  To learn more, click here: W-2

Make sure when you go through the review that you answer every question even if it is zero.

I am seeing the same issue however when I click on the link it tells me I don't have access to view the page. All the W-2 information was imported automatically and I confirmed that the numbers are correct.

If you have a section that will "Need Review" and you can't identify the issue its looking for. 

 

Select Federal Review from the menu.  This will step through every discrepancy that is in your return, and identify the individual issue.

In box 15 on your w2 if the Employers state ID number has nothing in it try putting 0000 in its box and then the needs reviewed went away for me.
