TurboTax tracks whether your federal tax return has been accepted or rejected. Once it has been accepted by the IRS, for the most up to date information on your refund, Where's My Refund? or the IRS2GO app provides your current status, like a specific, personalized date for your tax refund:

My Federal and State taxes were accepted Feb 06, 2020, but the IRSGO(website and app) both state that the information does not match and they cannot provide any further information about my refund. Today Feb 10, 2020 marks one week since I filed and the information with the IRS Where's my refund? has not changed. Who can I contact to find out about the status of my refund?

Make sure you are entering the correct filing status and the entire refund amount.  Don't enter the net refund you will receive if you are having fees taken out, but the actual refund calculated on your 1040.

Mine has been doing the same thing. Finally figured out what it was. I filled married filling separately however since I'm also Head of household it makes me choose HOH as filing status. Hope this helps with yours.
