why does turbotax say I am not a US citizen

Turbotax states I am not a citizen when I attempt to claim a sales tax credit. I am a citizen.

Check the information you entered in My Info and see if you clicked something incorrectly.

Thanks for the reply. I have gone through the info tab several times. I have answered the questions correctly and completely. Never asked about citizenship. But it still says that I am not a citizen in state forms. Any other ideas?
