Why does TurboTax lower my entered property tax deduction? It is under the new 10k limit. Last year is showing the correct amount but this year it shows much lower

The $10K limit applies to SALT (state and local taxes) and the property taxes. So, if you paid state income taxes, then the property tax deduction will be ($10K - state tax)
