Why does Turbotax lie in their ads about free tax. Should I turn them over to the IRS for false advertising of free tax figuring as offered by the IRS

I just got done doing my taxes with TurboTax and I thought it was free. I had to pay $190 for them to be filed. $50 for federal, $50 for state and $90 for the deluxe edition. I called customer service, the agent just laughed at me on the other line. she said oh I know all the ads are misleading.  I asked why does it say for file for free. she said only special groups get it for free. which I think is bull**bleep**. I needs my money just like everyone else. I don't understand why I had to pay all that money and the Ads lie. your customer service person just laughed at me like I was a joke.  can someone help me here?
