Why does TurboTax 2024 keep changing the import date for Edward Jones?

TurboTax does not determine when data from Edward Jones will be ready for importing. Edward Jones determines when they will have the data ready for TurboTax to import it. TurboTax is just telling you the target date they get from Edward Jones. Apparently Edward Jones encountered some unexpected delays in getting the data ready for TurboTax.

I contacted Edward Jones who said the data is ready for import and the issue is a Turbo Tax issue.  I then contacted Turbo Tax support, who punted the issue back to Edward Jones.  Unbelievable.

Exactly! My sister works at Edward Jones and she said the tax stuff would not be available until 15 Feb but TurboTax said it’s on them. TurboTax refuses to acknowledge they are not providing accurate information. If it’s not going to be available until 15 Feb, then just show the correct date.

As off 2/18, my TTax Premiere does not give an explanation. It just says :  You can ask the financial institution if you'll get this form, and return to import it when it's available.
