Why does turbo tax keep sending reminders to file my taxes even if my spouse has filed both ours as 'married filing jointly' via turbo tax itself this year?

If you know that your joint return was filed and accepted --- ignore the messages that are being generated by your "old" account.  The marketing dept. sends out a lot of emails this time of year.
