You will need to revisit the "Income & Expenses" tab to find the "Self-employment" topic. There appears to be a stray entry that you need to delete.
1. Sign out of TurboTax
2. Clear your browser Cache (Here is a helpful link)
3. Sign back in
4. Go to "Wages and Income"
5. Scroll to "Self-employment"
6. Delete any entries there.
7. Be sure to click all the way through to "Wrap up Income"
8. Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
9. Click "Tools" in the left hand menu
10. Click "Delete a form"
11. Find any "Schedule C" and/or "Forms 1099-NEC" and Delete them.
