Why does the missouri state tax info for 2023 contains incorrect info; the tax rate is wrong and the estimated tax payments is picking up the wrong #?

The tax software is really in the planning stages.  Nothing will be completely accurate until about mid January.  Updates will be made to correct what is there now.

According to the Tax form availability tool, Missouri forms are currently expected to be available January 18. That date is subject to change.

It's 1/31/24 and I still get the message that I've "hit a snag." I've chatted with a rep a couple of times in the past few days and they said it should be updated by 1/30, 1/31, 2/1... Any idea when it will be updated so I can efile?
