Why does my Kentucky return say I can’t file because I need a tax ID for dependent care expenses but I didn’t enter any?

We appreciate your experience and we are working on it. Some Kentucky TurboTax customers may be experiencing an error when trying to e-file their return.  The error says, "Not Eligible for Electronic Filing" when no dependent care providers are listed on the return.
