Why does my IL state keep getting rejected? I’ve used my IL state pin that I got from their website. I used my driver’s license and it still got denied. Should I just mail it in?

If you have followed the instructions and your return is still being rejected, print and mail in  your return.  Sometimes there is just a mismatch of information in the state system.
