The program you use to prepare your tax return does not determine the amount of your refund. Have you reviewed your return to make sure you have entered everything and entered it correctly. If so, I suggest you compare your 2018 and your 2019 tax returns side by side so you can see where the differences are. If you changed jobs, or added a job, it could be due to different tax withholding based on how you filled out your Form W-4.
