If you paid just enough taxes through withholding to cover your tax bill then you will get zero refunded.  If you had zero withheld and your tax bill is zero then you will not have a refund either.  You can check your W2 Box 2 information for withholding.

If you want to see your tax bill and withholding amounts you can view the forms in TurboTax online using these steps.

  1. Click "Tax Tools" in the left hand menu
  2. Click "Tools"
  3. Click "View Tax Summary"
  4. Click "Preview My 1040" in the left hand menu

Look at lines 24 and 25 to see your taxes and withholding on your tax forms.

As @SweetieJean mentions we cannot see your returns in this forum, but your live tax expert that you have paid for will be able to see your return and provide the best answer.
