Why does my 1099-9 section demand, "needs review" when completed fully and correctly. I even checked the box at the bottom with the obscure meaning..Check box corrected.

Are you referring to a 1099-G? There is no 1099-9.

The box with the obscure meaning is probably the Corrected box, which means that this is a second 1099 sent to you because the first on needed to have a correction.
