Why does it continue to say Needs Review when I have entered all my information for Gambling Winnings?

We cannot see your return. Please clarify and provide a screenshot of the review question that you are seeing. You can also try to delete the W-2G and then re-enter to see if the review is removed. How do I enter a W-2G?
