Why do you say turbo tax is free..when once you get to the end.. you try to sell me something i don't nee...I that legal?

Due to IRS adding new changes within the Schedules, there are now situations in which an upgrade may be needed. Because of this, it is possible that you may have added an add on that required an upgrade or an extra charge.
