The debts of a dependent claimed on your tax return are not reported on your tax return, nor will your tax refund be seized for the debts of a dependent.

Where are you seeing this $1,900 debt being charged on your tax return?

Where do you see this?  Debt from your dependent should not be part of your return and should not be taken from your refund by the IRS.

If her debt was a student loan debt and you co-signed, then they could garnish your return as well as you would also be in default on the student loan.
