Why do I keep getting "We hit a snag" when trying to e-file on the free version? Is it a ploy to get me to upgrade?

There is a known issue, though I'm not sure if it appears only on the Free Edition.  I'm sharing a link below where you can sign up to be notified when the issue is resolved.
