Why do I have to complete a Federal Carryover Worksheet

This worksheet doesn't seem to apply to me and I have not received any such thing. I think it's appearing as a mistake, but I don't know how to get rid of it and it's preventing me from completing my taxes. I've seen advice already use a tool of some kind but I can't find any such tools. HELP!

to avoid the carryover worksheet , it is important to reply NO when it asks you if you have carryover losses from the prior tax year.

OR

enter zero for Short term and Long Term carryover amounts.
