This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but we can likely tell you what you are experiencing.
HOW did you pay that day you filed your taxes? Did you pay upfront with credit/debit card, or did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? If you chose the pay-out-of-refund option, has your Federal refund been delayed at the IRS for several weeks, or was the amount reduced by the IRS? If so, after a certain period of time, TurboTax would want to be paid. If that's your situation, you should have been emailed notices that they were about to debit your account for the fees.
