Why did TurboTax fail to provide the Multnomah County Oregon MC-40, but it supplied the Multnomah County, Oregon MET-40. This oversight cost us $$. Thoughts?

Poor planning for Oregon Taxpayers...unable to reach a person at TT.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. 

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday.  Closed on Thanksgiving day
