Form 4562 is not always required. If you do not have any new assets, it will not be included on your printout.
If you want a copy, choose "All forms and Worksheets" in the Print Center. To get to the print center,
- Log into your
account
- Click on Tax tools in
the left menu
- Then choose Print
Center
- Follow the prompts to view,
save or print your return.
