If your only refund is the recovery rebate credit of $1400 on line 30, you will not be able to use refund processing to pay the fees and the $39.99 extra refund processing fee. So many people have made mistakes with that credit that the system will not allow you to use refund processing unless your refund exceeds the recovery rebate credit and is enough to cover the fees without that credit. You will need to pay your fees upfront using a debit or credit card.
