If you are unable to import your 1099-B, you can always enter it manually. Here's how:
When trying to import from Wells Fargo please SEARCH for the bank name in the search bar. Banks can have many portals. For Wells Fargo there are 3 possible portals (Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo Advisor, etc) It is my experience that most individuals who have consolidated tax summaries, 1099-div, 1099-int, 1099-b need to import from the Wells Fargo Advisor portal. Hope this helps!
Thanks!.
Very Helpful.
Import from 'Wells Fargo Advisors' worked fine.
My issue is with a Fidelity import. It says 1099-B but it doesn’t import anything when it gives the error. Also this BS about me typing in the data doesn’t fly. Fix the problem, now!

Have you tried a different browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome? Many people have stated using Edge and removing the pop-up blockers has helped. Please let us know if you are successful using a different browser.
Switched to Edge browser. Same error. I would upgrade but doesn’t seem like that works any better.
