Why can’t I get past this”We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card. Please verify your billing address, card number and CVV and try again.”

Starting this year, you do not have to pay anything to access your past returns if you used TurboTax Online in those past years. Just log into account to access your past returns.

The address on the tax return ( MY INFO tab) and the billing address for the credit/debit card must be the same ... if they are different you get that message.

My billing address on my credit card statement and the address in my info are the same and I am still getting this message, any help?
