Why can't I get past Schedule C Worksheet: Amount - Misc Exp other must be entered. FRUSTRATING!

It's been MONTHS NOW... I would have been on time with my returns, but every time on my FINAL Federal review, it says there is something I "need to review":

THEN I go to Schedule C and it asks me to enter the amount and I've been entering "1" then "0" then

just kept hitting continue without entering anything and it has literally taken me HOURS over the course of DAYS and I have NO clue if I am any closer to finishing this Schedule C or not:

I use Quickbooks Self Employment that transfers the entire returns over to Turbotax to file. I did this a few times before and it only took a fraction of the time I am taking now. I Reeeeeally don't want to be doing this next year.

What is happening. Can I move on from this already? I am ready to toss everything out the **bleep** window. Please... help me out here.

Review the income section of your schedule C interview as it seems a blank form was carried from the QuickBooks program and it needs to be removed.

Same problem. I am trying now to cancel my Turbo tax Self-employed subscription. Everything here is robotized. Nightmare

TLDR: Try reviewing your expenses in the miscellaneous section in the TurboTax wizard (not the Schedule C they provide during the review section). If there are items that are categorized anywhere in the miscellaneous section with zero dollars entered, delete those fields. (I had multiple categories automatically added for me when I linked my bank account with TurboTax. As a result, it generated a bunch of categories with $0.)

FULL EXPLANATION: I also experienced this exact same problem. I have had a side business as a sole proprietor for the past few years now. For the 2023 tax year, I had expenses but zero income to report. I was able to automatically upload all of my business expenses by linking my business checking with TurboTax and it brought over all my expenses and categorized them automatically. In the process, it appears TurboTax created a bunch of categories with $0. I deleted the categories with no money associated with them and it resolved the "Enter amount for Misc Exp (Other)" message during review.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Did you try the solution provided by actoutloud.  I have copied it here for easy reference, "
