Why can’t I get a TurboTax card

I’ve ordered 5 different cards with one coming fed ex but never received neither. I can’t even use my federal refund

This is an open internet forum. We are not able to provide any information about the Turbo Card. If you have any questions or need assistance with your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169. Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.

@Pedropedro21  Money goes on the card after your refund is issued.  If your refund has not yet been issued then you cannot use the card yet.

 

Or is it some other problem?
