Why can I not talk to a live person. I got charged $150 for a Service and if I did not accept I could not file and now my state is getting rejected all the time.

My state is getting rejected and I had to upgrade in order to submit my taxes. SO much for free

You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that. You can get Turbotax support contact information, including phone numbers, at this link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/index.jsp
