Don't do it...it's a really BAD idea to be filing before 23 January.

In prior years, many people found out that tax files sent in AFTER  the IRS started processing tax files, those later tax submissions were done before the early submissions.

AND...every year, the IRS computers choke on some of those early batches,.....In one year, some early e-files were stuck for months....other years some files had to be resubmitted....while all those folks who waited until a week after the IRS started had no problems at all.

DON'T DO IT !

Why can't you file ?

Simple answer ... The efile system is not operational yet so no one can efile ...check back later this week on next week and really don't be in a hurry.

You must also wait for your W-2, 1099, 1095, etc forms.

No point rushing it turns out!!!!  And lots to lose too in fact!

Certainly, you can start entering all the various personal data that you have, and if you want to try to guess what your Form W-2 will look like and also any Forms1099 that you might receive, such as Interest Income, feel free to do so for ESTIMATION purposes only.
However, read this post to learn why others have found it to be a very serious mistake to go ahead and submit your filing before you have gotten all your W-2s and 1099s.

Go to this link and learn why the earliest that the IRS will even see your tax return filed is January 23, 2017, and the earliest that the IRS might deposit your refund is February 3, 2017.  Go to this https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3405630
