Without any specifics your issue is not clear. You will need to explain it further so that we can offer suggestions.
Have you finished preparing your 2024 return, and have you run the REVIEW? And are you now ready to move to the FILE tab to pay for your product, select a refund method (if applicable), and ultimately efile your return?
Please describe what and where the roadblock is.
