Why can I no longer access answer/xchange as of 12/4?

Answer Xchange no longer exists.  It changed to Real Money Talk in June 2019.  Are you having issues logging in?  Do you need us to post something to Moderators in the Lounge for you?

Well the 2019 online program went live so maybe that messed thing up ... you did post here so maybe you do have access.  Like we tell others clear your cookies and/or use a different browser.  Maybe try this URL ...  https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/file-with-turbotax/discussion/03/303?filter=unanswered_questions&sort=created

the actual problem started about 6/19.   i am a lounge member and subscribed to all topics.  yet once TT went to Real, I no longer got emails for the questions posted.  when i posted answers (see below), i got no email notifications to responses even though the box was checked.  my user name, email address and phone number have been verified.

 

 

what i had to do was go to TT website, log in,  and then an icon would appear at top right with a number.  had to click on that to get to questions.  the number shown was like over 15,000 .  today that no longer works because that icon with the number no longer appears. 

 

i would much prefer getting emails on questions, unless this is no longer done. 

 

so yes post this to moderators.  

 

 

 

and yes i tried the link posted by another and that didn't work.

@Anonymous Click on Discover at the top of this page.  Click on The Lounge.  This will take to the lounge where you can ask questions or comments to the Moderators and any other SuperUsers.
