Why aren't the Form 2210 and CA underpayment of estimated tax ready? I can't file the return and it looks like only paper file is available.

Form CA 5805, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals and Fiduciaries, is ready for e-file.  IRS Form 2210, however, is not yet ready for filing.  This form will be available in TurboTax Online on 02/25/2021.

You can proceed with either printing and mailing, or e-filing your return, once this form becomes available.
