Why are "Total Payments and Credits" different from "Total Payments"?
I have about $7k withheld and a $2.5k tax credit. The "detailed tax breakdown" page reflects this with a "Total Payments and Credits" sum of 9.5k. However, in the summary, "Total payments" is only $8k. So the credit was applied, but only partially?

PLEASE review the actual tax forms in the FORMS mode since the summary screens can be very confusing.
