Why are there Pending charges from Intuit I didn't authorize?

For more than exceeds my refund.

The charge for this was suppose to come out of the refund. 
You can’t charge my account, as I am out of work from surgery last month, and having another surgery next month. I get NYS Disability which is $156.34 a week. It doesn’t even cover my rent. 
Send me a bill in the mail, and I will try to pay a little when I can, till I’m better from my surgeries. Thanks.
