@idzombak  which version of TT are you utilizing and desktop or online.  Form 2210 Part II Line D has a input box If box D is checked above enter the total tax withheld during the 4 periods below.  It is right under par II line E.

4 column 1/1-4/15, 4/16-6/15, 6/16-9/15, last one is  9/16-12/31/24

Please elaborate.

Or have you updated your software?

I have 4 boxes for Part II Line D on my Windows Home & Business Desktop program.  Is your screen cut off and need to make the window bigger or smaller?  Or  need to scroll over?

Thanks for your comment.  I'm using the online version of TurboTax, and it's not very friendly for viewing or making changes to the underlying forms.  In this case, the browser only rendered three data entry boxes on 2210 form, and only one of them was actually editable.  I ended up fixing it by going back to the guided entry section for underpayment penalty calculation and starting it from scratch.
