Why and can I delete the duplicates W2s in my listing of W2s to review? Don't want to delete both.

Yes, you can delete. You want to do so or your income will be much higher than it actually was. Go to Wages and Income and delete the duplicates or put them in the trash. You may want to review each W-2 to make sure it is correct.
