Why am I receiving an email to contact you guys? I need to know why

Make an appointment to have you guys call me back tomorrow

No one in the user forum knows about any email you received or what it was about.   We do not arrange phone calls for users.   You will have to contact customer support yourself during normal business hours Monday-Friday.

 

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
