Why am I owing $2400 to IRS after I enter my 1098-T form only when filing with TurboTax? I did the same thing on other 2 tax software and the amount didn't change at all.

1098-T will raise your tax if you have a large scholarship that wasn't used up entirely for education expenses and tuition.

Then why my tax didn't raise at all when I file my tax with FreeTaxUSA and H&R?
