why am i being harassed to file by april 1st or my price will go up?

TurboTax fees for using online software increase on April 1.   

You can pay now to lock in the current price.  Say you want to print and it should make you pay.

so you are saying i should just rush my taxes and pay$188 when i can just reenter my data in H&R block and pay $69?

You can pay before April 1 to lock in the current fee and file when you are ready.  Or...If you want to go elsewhere you have the freedom to do that too.   

i would have never thought of using another service until now.  given the spam emails and this threat to pay up, it might be worth trying other services.

You received emails alerting you to the fee increase.  Would you have preferred a surprise in a week or two when you discovered higher fees just as you are filing?
