I chose to up grade from deluxe to premier to get more coverage for my self. I do not understand why I am being charged for both the deluxe package and the premier package. I see this as being charged for two different packages when I only chose one. When being asked to up grade this was never explained that I would be charged for both. If I knew I would be charged for both I would have never chosen to up grade my package. I WILL NOT use turbo tax again unless you cancel the charge for the deluxe package to where I do not have to pay for it. I will also tell all my friends, family and co workers what has happened and erg them NOT TO USE turbo tax.
Verify that you are being charged for both the Deluxe and Premier online editions. Upgrading from Deluxe to Premier would only have you pay for the Premier edition ($79.99)
