The 1095-A is sent by the state or federal healthcare exchanges.  The 1095-B is issued by private health insurance companies The 1095-C is filed by employer sponsored health insurance

The 1095-a and 1095-C are due by January 31st, but it may take up to a week to receive if they are mailed.

The 1095-B is due by February 28, 2017, or March 31, 2017( if filing electronically).

If you have a 1095-B or 1095-C you do not have to enter in Turbo Tax, you just need to know which months you were covered.  The information for the 1095-A does need to be entered to determine your Premium Tax Credit.
