Who On the e-fil page, after I have supplied all of the requested information, I click on continue and nothing happens?

Close the TurboTax program window.  

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser, see https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/intuit-account-settings/help/how-do-i-clear-my-cache-and-cookies/01/2718836

 

Sign back onto your TurboTax account and click on the File section on the left side of the online program screen - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

If the problem persists then change your web browser to one of these that you are not using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge
