Close the TurboTax program window.

Sign back onto your TurboTax account and click on the File section on the left side of the online program screen - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
If the problem persists then change your web browser to one of these that you are not using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge
